What to Expect

Healing doesn’t happen alone

The pace at which life operates rarely leaves time for self-care, healing, and growth-oriented awareness. The container of therapy offers the space to go inward, toward deeper healing and connection with yourself and others.

Sessions are grounded in providing the support and tools for processing grief, loss, self-doubt, and loneliness. Our work is client-led and seated in cultivating compassion, forgiveness, joy, and purpose.

Therapy should be accessible to all.

My practice is committed to providing quality therapy services regardless of your race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, ability, class, or neurotype.

It is an inherent right of every individual to seek happiness and health regardless of one’s history or challenges; our time is rooted in building a safe and relevant container for you to engage with your inner work.

Right to Confidentiality

Confidentiality is crucial to the therapeutic process

Our time is centered on deeply exploring your experience in a safe and honest space.

You have the right to keep all information regarding your treatment private. Your engagement in services will not be disclosed by me, without your written permission. For youth 12 and under, guardians have the right to see or know what is put in their child's records.

Information will only be shared without client’s consent in situations where there is an expressed intention of hurting themselves or someone else, a concern of abuse or neglect of an elder, non-consensual sex with a minor, or if you request services to be covered by your insurance via a superbill receipt.

frequency of Session

Session frequency is agreed upon between therapist and client at the initial session. Weekly sessions are often recommended for beginning therapy. Based on client needs, we may then transition to meeting every other week or as needed as therapy progresses.

Please reach out to me if frequency of sessions is impacted by cost.
